Below I share the fruits obtained after answering each Marriage Encouragement Questionnaire with a short snippet inviting them to schedule a meeting with a minister to personally guide her in her case, the snippet we use is the following:

I have read your Marriage Encouragement Questionnaire carefully, I hope you have read your marriage evaluation, if not, this is the link for you to read it: Your Free Marriage Evaluation
Responding to our promise, I am writing this message so that we can meet through Google Meets to guide you in this restoration process that you have begun. You can choose the date and time according to availability in my calendar through the following link: MEQs Orientation
Simply select the time of your convenience according to the day and month, fill in your basic information, and receive the Google Meets link in your email for our scheduled meeting. If it is not easy for you to use this system, do not hesitate to respond with your availability of time to schedule an appointment.
In the meeting, they were encouraged to start their restoration journey, and they were shown the web pages, and the courses available, they were suggested how to start with the H@L courses and then L@L explained the journals and the importance of it in their restoration journey, they were told about the blog, how to post a comment and praises, how to subscribe, about available fellowships, calendar and links. The ministers shared their testimony and gave them words of hope. Meetings were generally 15-20 minutes.
FRUITS
During the two months of testing, we received 44 Evaluation Questionnaires, 34.1% of the ladies requested a personalized orientation meeting while 65.9% of the ladies did not request it and did not complete their journals either. Of the 34.1% of the ladies who requested a meeting, 25% began the courses by writing their journals.
The data for the first month showed that only Minister Anastasia had received requests for orientation meetings. After looking for her Husband, He told her that the other ministers should remove from their Snippet the link in their BIO that they put in place of Anastasia's RMT, this because the ladies are looking for marriage restoration (which is His hook), a Once they withdrew it, Perla immediately reported receiving requests for orientation meetings.
The data below reflects the percentage of women assisted in virtual orientations by each minister during the two months of testing:
CONCLUSIONS
- 73.3% of the ladies who attended an orientation meeting with Google Meets began to complete their journals.
- 34.1% of the ladies requested a personalized orientation meeting while 65.9% of the ladies did not request it and did not complete their journals either.
- There is no other statistical report of MEQs to be able to determine if the percentage increased or decreased with this new procedure with respect to the previous ones.

WOW WOW WOW, this is AMAZING Anastasia. This is something Yvonne and I will be discussing tomorrow, Saturday as we have plans to hang out together to go over several meetings and so much HE’S DOING!!! I’m in complete AWE!!!

Taking into account the changes in the way MEQs are answered now from blogs https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ccIi5Ly_hmBnRDgYF5dJ8oB8Gp3BWOT1h-e_ZfHxJT4/edit I felt led to evaluate this meeting system with Google Meets again and found that of a sample of 121 women from July to September, 19.24% (23 ladies) completed their journals.
Since we do not have previous records, I intend to generate a history to see how changes in the way we respond favor or disfavor this figure.
However, while doing this with my Beloved I asked him what happens to the remaining 80% of the ladies who do not journal, and I thought we could emphasize the importance of completing the journals, especially at the end of the Course 1 lessons so that they understand what it means and generate the habit. I also thought about the possibility of having a “satisfaction survey” (from Google forms that gives us statistics immediately) that would give them the opportunity to respond (anonymously if they wish) to find out the reasons why they do not complete their diaries or why they do not move forward after receiving their marriage evaluation by sending them an email after a period of time with the link to the survey.
Anastasia, although this looks amazing and we can see that some of the ladies are really responding to the one-on-one attention they are getting, He gave us a promise that we will be bursting at the seams. This means that all of us, and myself more than most of you, need to remember that with everything we do, we cannot cater to each person. We need to make sure that everything that is done in RMI is like a self-help service. Having Zoom or Google meetings with the ladies who complete their MEQ will not help us in this. In fact, it may just keep us busy and distracted with ladies that we may lose along the way in any case. We know that not everyone who comes here and starts the race will finish it and those who do, we know have a heart for Him. The way that we have it all set up now that we are able to ask them if we can add their MEQ to the blog and have the students comment is really the best way for now. I believe we will see the fruit not because we did something, but because HE wants them here and will do His work in them. That way none of us can claim any of the glory, it all goes to Him. When I wrote this message to you, I was reminded of a lesson I read today in the RYR:

“Though we want God to do something now, He wants us to wait and let Him do the healing.”
And although she has mentioned this in another context I believe it can be of value for us here as well. Let’s do the Marriage Encouragement on the Blog or IOU, but then let’s leave her so that He can start the healing and as soon as we see the lessons coming in, we know He has started. If she leaves, we trust He will finish the good work and hopefully, we planted a seed with our encouragement.
Dear Yvonne, I more than agree with you, I did the statistic to leave a report, because it was confirmation from my Beloved that it was time to let go of the meetings and embrace the new way of responding that he showed Erin. SEEDS

The soil is GOD who breaks it up, causing that crack that opened our hearts to receive. The depth of that crack and how many tears 😭 watered the seed is the GOOD soil that we must focus on: Water, fertilize, weed, and harvest to become laborers.
This is what He told me just this morning and I believe it’s beautiful and something we need to post permanently somewhere.

I must confess that for a while I have felt pressure (coming from my thinking) to bear fruit so I pressure my Husband to tell me how to DO MORE so that the ladies “take root” then I realize that He tells me that IT IS HIS WORK and HIS GLORY and I need to calm down and trust in Him and in His perfect timing for each bride, it does not depend on me but on Him, you say it well Erin, this is His ministry, I am just an instrument that He uses at the right time as long as you are attentive to His voice and willing to serve Him.
