Yesterday while enjoying my birthday week, honeymoon with my husband, He spoke to me about the migration we’ve been witnessing slowly, but surely off of the more complicated wufoo forms and instead, Encouraging posted praise, and when a journal is necessary, to begin using the WP forms built into profile grid.
Just now he reminded me of a question I had “is it possible to forgo the WP login/registration and only use the one for profile grid OR is this still a two-step process?”
As far as the migration, just follow his lead, and do one at a time. This should not be a project we set out to tackle. At some point when there are just a few left, this may become a project but not now.
Instead, when our 3C HOPE 💔 LOVE 💗HGM 🪴transition any of their forms – – just buy remembering to post this as a praise because it is a Praise 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 And then the other languages can easily follow behind an update that one form. Do you see how easy and light he’s made this for us?
So, Adina, I know that you and I worked on a few forms together. If you post them individually as praise, then the other LMF can follow.
Atarah, I’ve been wondering for sometimes about the MEQ (Marriage Encouragement Questionnaire) if you did away with it entirely because this was discussed in the post on the prayer team. Has your husband lead you to offer a simplified version? Have any of your forms move to the website?
Last but certainly not least, Isabella, you and I made some pretty significant changes when you took over the WW4HP books. I’m hoping to see this as a post to praise.
Yvonne, I am sure I don’t need to help you with your job as the ministry Director but space seen these post to praise in order to slowly but surely migrate would be ideal.

Hi Erin, I am so excited to see how He is simplifying our future. Yes, I do believe we can maybe replace login press with Profile grid. I will work with Adina to see how He leads us. It should be something that we SSG about everytime we have a new plugin because a lot of them has built in things we can already use.

Yes, I have did away with the MEQ entirely.. It was simplified but not moved to the website as the GF did not work out very well in trying to set it up on there and speaking to Him rather have everything on WP forms. Instead of filling in a MEQ rather they have the option to become a Marriage Coach (this can be asked on the form and explained better that when they do the Courses for marriage restoration they work towards becoming a Marriage Coach as well) and the other option if they don’t want to be a Marriage Coach is to be directed to https://hopeatlast.com/ev/ and/or EW instead.
Excellent, Atarah—I LOVE the way He led you… and when you’re recording your IOU lessons, some of these women who you do *single out (when He points them out to you), and you ask them to take the course, then THEY can join you, work WITH you to build your own HOPE Ministry.
*In one of my podcasts, I think with Yvonne, I shared about the Tupperware lady (the very first RF member) who only asked the guests who the Lord pointed out to her, not everyone, and that she was one of the most successful ever!

Yes, of course. We have a full YEAR. As far as migrating off, you just start with ONE form.
I have been playing around with USP forms and created a journal template https://loveatlast.org/journal-form/ that can be used for the courses. It saves the completed form as a draft, like a submitted praise, but what I am Seeking His guidance for is to send a copy of the completed form to whomever completed it, if they want to keep it like the Wufoo forms, then a copy can maybe also be send to the LMF office. This was my first attempt to work with USP forms so I still need His guidance in this.
Yes, these are the forms that fit in nicely. I believe Paula is wondering where these forms “go” once they’re submitted so her team can keep track of them. Do all forms and blogs stay connected to the person submitting them? Are we notified with an email so we can collect them in folders?
Maybe you can explain how your Husband is leading you, Adina—and also anyone else, like Isabella, how are you organizing them or not?
Yes as I was testing the form, I did get a notification, like when you submit a Praise Report through the USP form. I received a notification in the L@L office and I got a notification that I submitted the form, and that my post was denied when I deleted them.
If I can get full copies sent to whoever submitted the form, and the office, then it can still be tracked in the office. Because it also goes to drafts, you have the option of posting it or deleting it. But this is where I need His guidance because I haven’t been able to get full copies yet, just notifications.

Good evening ladies! We would love to translate some diary forms to lessons that we don’t have yet. Elisa was the one at the PTG team working at wufoo forms, should we wait to MailPoet or can we keep on using wufoo until the end of the migration? What you think? 😏
Yvonne may have already heard His plan but yesterday HLM to create a working DTI for the partner WP Form collaboration and once it’s established as we’ve always done successfully and easily, the LNG can make a copy to translate with instructions of who to tag to build and install.
What’s wonderful is Him leading you to ask because Elisa can and should be trained by Adina. They’ll be videos to watch first and then Elisa will be doing it while Adina watches so the rest of the move from wufoo to WPF will be easy to do.
However we are streamlining the forms through collaboration so we are moving forward as one.
As HLM or you to an old form that needs transitioning the process is to create the DTI collaborate then share with the LNG. Again same as we’ve done it successfully in the past.
