Thank you, Adina, I was able to test it from my phone and my computer. When I tried it on my phone, it did not want to take my picture which was a jpeg. This gave me an opportunity to test Save and Resume, which worked amazingly!!! Then I took a picture which was jpg and that went through. Can you have a look at that please and if it is not able to take jpeg, maybe we just need to specify or something.
I checked it and it takes png, jpg and gif. Maybe it was the file size, I made the maximum 300MB, but I did not select add to library, so the pic will only be received in the notification mail.
This was specifically jpeg and not for jpg.
At the upload picture, use your difficulty as a bonus and tell the application to save and come back (or something like that) I believe our backup was an email to send it to.
Question 🙋🏻♀️ I wasn’t sure about if each ministry would have their own PARTNER application but I believe the answer is NO. Instead there’s just one using the RMI logo so it’s not misleading.
Would it then be only on the RMI WEBSITE or could it be on each?
What about the LNG 🙏🏻

I added a RMI logo to the form.
WP Forms is very easy to export and import to different sites, so if this one is approved, it can be exported and uploaded to RMI without doing everything from scratch.
Maybe jump links to the form in RMI on different sites?
Adina, it is good if we have it then only on the RMI website right? We just need to remember our principle of having ONE place and link to it as we do with the MEQ. I just want to be sure this is what you meant by this. We just need to be sure we stick to this principle, because if we make changes to one, it will mean we need to change all of them. I understand that if we have other languages, that will be a new form on a new webiste, but for the English we should stick to one form right?
Yes if it is in one place, like RMI, and we link to it from the ENG sites, it will also always be updated and relevant on all the sites without having to make changes on all of them every time.
The LNG can have their own on their sites. or also maybe on RMI then linked to the LNG, if you want to use the form on the LNG donation pages?
HLM to come back and read EVERYTHING again and then I knew that the WPF partner form should be on EW WHERE IT’S BEEN. But also add become a partner under the GIVE 💝 on the each of our websites menus, which also means deciding if we will have them available in other languages. If so we still want ONE location BUT PLEASE 🙏🏻 remember to NEVER leave it disconnected and build a bridge.
The original on the LNG where there IS a TRL I propose it’s translated and embedded on that LNG page BRIDGED from ENG using flags as always.

I liked that it is a short and easy to complete form.
I did the test from my iPhone and I had problems uploading the photo, I think it is because the iPhone photo format is HEIF, it would be useful to add that type of information to the form, such as “make sure to use a photo in format: jpg , gif or png”
Yes Anastasia, I also did it from my iPhone. That could be the problem, we will need to have a look at it, because most ladies uses iPhones in the USA.

AGREED, simply adding the types of formats is brilliant and also where it can be emailed, just like the old form.
I believe that’s where we are misguided here a bit, and we need to pay close attention to the form that worked for YEARS to ensure that nothing important is lost while we are trying to get it streamlined.
