I just noticed today after tithing that the donors tools site is not showing my last 5 tithes. I’m wanting to make sure they are going through. I get an email saying it’s been sent 🤷🏼♀️

Thank you my dear, I was able to look into it for you. In your inbox there should be two emails now that covers all your last donations. Let me explain what happened. We have two different DonorTools accounts. If you donate to broader RMI, it goes into one DonorTools and if you donate to HopeAtLast/LoveAtLast/HomeGrownMinistries. It is recorded in another DonorTools. Unfortunately these two are not linked so the emails you are getting will only contain the donations for that specific account.
I hope I am explaining this well enough.
1) Donate to HopeAtLast/LoveAtLast/HomeGrown, you get one email.
2) Donate to RMI as a whole, you get another email.
