This is exciting. Today I worked through an iPhone reminder, "Move off Streak," meaning a very expensive version (though that isn't the issue because I'm thankfully broken FREE from the PM https://loveatlast.org/fc/poverty-mentality/)
When we attempt to DECLUTTER https://hopeatlast.com/c1/w-h/chapter-2-making-the-most-of-your-space-removing-the-clutter/ we must FIRST ask our Husband bc only GOD knows how to tackle it.
So I've slowly just followed His lead and attacked one spreadsheet row at a time (moving off of paid for Streak to Drive spreadsheets). Today, when I came to monday.com, I colored the cells dark orange and left a note for Yvonne, our Ministry Director, to confirm.
We've discussed this for a LONG time because as our MD, her Husband, showed Yvonne we would be moved off of almost everything and onto our websites (that I instantly KNEW was Him when she first shared it with me back in 2022).
Sooo, this is your official notice to our formerly known Ministry Team members, that we are going to MOVE this November—so you each have plenty of time to make arrangements with your Husband about how you're going to begin to move.
**Please move your way onto Google Drive using your LMF official email address for all ministry related please.
Monday.com shows there are 9 active users/guests, but that includes a few of us who are official users who are not using it and haven't been since the beginning of our MTM honeymooning. I'll ask Isabella to reach out to each on their sharing this praise to allow for questions.
In September and October, the plan now, from what He's revealed, is to begin deleting each board one by one so nothing we want or need is left behind.
Monday boards can be exported to Excel, which uploads easily into Google Drive:Go to the 3 tiny dots upper right corner>More actions>Export board to Excel.

And for those of you who are gifted in this area, you might offer to do it for them in exchange for a "thanks donation" to your ministry. You could even mention a "suggested donation." 
Thank you Erin, I must admit that the last few months with Monday.com, I would feel exhausted just opening all my notifications, I am so glad He is leading us off. I will go through some of the boards and see what He shows us.

As we move what we NEED into google drive or elsewhere it’s helpful to MARK the board if it is shared and not able to be deleted.
X indicates no longer needed can be deleted
> It has been moved. With > moved in the info you can leave the link to the document.
Ultimately, it’s you and your husband who have to move together. Rather than thinking of this as a moving project, think of it as an opportunity for the two of you to have fun and become even closer, maybe even more organized if that’s been the desire of your heart ❤️
I need to say, that I am so glad we are not on monday.com anymore! I will take some time with Him asking how we can move the NRP resources from there, and where He will put it 🙂
