Ladies, He showed me why we were not able to change our emails on TPR Site. Here is the reference to the previous praise:
There was a plugin called Registration Magic that we were testing out. Today I saw it was deactivated, but it was not me who deactivated it, I went to Simple History, which is an amazing plugin He showed us and searched because for safety reasons we do not deactivate a plugin without deleting it, it could open us up to hacking. I could only see that I updated the plugin yesterday, but it must have deactivated itself due to some issues after the updated. Instead of just activating it, He led me to delete it and then I was able to update my email without any problems. 🥳
I am sure all of you have already changed your email addresses everywhere in WordPress and the only one outstanding was TPR. You all are now able to do it.
I just need to say something, I did not even try to figure it out. Everytime I saw it in my tasks, I just spoke to Him about it. I did not even try to search it or anything!! All Him.
