Now that H@L has the New MEQ (Marriage Encouragement Questionnaire) up on the site l would like to share it with all the LMF's and how to get it up on your site.
The 1st step is to download the WPForms plugin.
Here is the form to translate https://hopeatlast.com/meq/ into your language.
Once it is translated you can use WPForms to edit and build your MEQ form.
I was able to build the form but l asked for Adina's help with setting up the email notification to receive the form in my office email and to send a copy to the person that completed it. I also needed her help with the confirmation notification to redirect to the landing page after submitting.
Please go ahead to update your site with the new simpler MEQ and if you don't know how you can ask Him about reaching out to someone who knows how to help you

Please make sure that all of you have it done for your websites by next week Monday, July, 3rd. One thing to remember:
All of your forms need to go to ONE place: if you have a RRR@ office in your language (that is the Wufoo office) it needs to go there. This is very important should you later need anything on that student then all of the forms are located in one place. If you don’t have a RRR@ (wufoo@) in your language, it needs to go to the office@LNG office.
If you want the form to go more than one place, that is fine, just make sure that the main office is included.
