A few days ago, one FRA lady asked another way to send her tithe as Paypal is not an option for her. Following my old ways, I sent the following message to the bookkeeper office and I was lovingly reminded to keep everything in the light to help others. Here is the request and the reply:
Poppy: There is a lady who lives in Cameroun and would like to send her tithe but she is not able to do it through paypal. While searching on the web, we were able to send her a couple of options and she came back that she would be able to do it through Western Union and/or Money Gram.
Is there anyway she can send the money through RMIi using any of these facilitators, or many send it to one of the SA ladies instead of USA? We have Western Union in Costa Rica as well to pick it up and send it to you through paypal.
Bookkeeper office: Poppy in the same way we’ve long supported those who couldn’t use PayPal and they gave their tithe to the ministers who donated on their behalf this is not much different. But when you set it up talk to Him about how to create the method that the FRA could add this as an option on https://
First try to see if He leads you to Western Union and/or Money Gram. It probably goes without saying this sat in this inbox unanswered because it should have gone out as praise “No one lights a lamp and then hides it or puts it under a basket . Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where its light can be seen by all who enter the house, those who come may see the light.” L1133
I understand that trying to tithe in Africa countries is kind of a challenge and these are the platforms options we found on the web and were provided to the bride in order for her to see what worked and maybe this could be useful for someone else.
- Wise.
- Western Union.
- Remitly.
- WorldRemit.
- MoneyGram.
- Skrill.
- Paysend.
- Remitly vs Wise.
I am just about to try with her the Western Union option and will be back with a Praise of how it went.
Thank you Poppy, yes, Atarah has one or two ladies that send their tithes to her, because it is easier to send within Africa then out of Africa. Atarah, has any of these ladies give you any insight as they spoke to their Husband?
Poppy, I was hoping that you would go ahead and follow through and set up your Western Union or the other platform in order to receive the donation and then let us know about it. Rather than questions and answered.
We’ve had less and less before of different platforms, but it really should come from the person who wants to give, what do they have access to? Give them our information and see if we can receive it. It’s once again a matter of following his lead, and stepping out with him.
I think we should really focus on doing things with her husband and coming here so our praise are not empty praises. Do you agree?
Yes Erin thank you. Before sharing this Praise here, I sent yesterday my Western Union information to the FRA lady and she is going to test it out and see if that works for her. She replied saying she would try it by next week and will let me know. I will come back as soon as we have some news with it.
Oh, I wish you would just share that within your post so I didn’t need to ask. I’m excited to see how it all turns out and if this doesn’t work, then speak to your husband and encourage her to speak to her husband and then state that so it becomes more Ministering here in TPR , rather than administering. 🤗
Hi just to share from Africa side of things. Nomuula used to send me her tithe via Money gram but in her country Zambia they stopped Money gram altogether. She tried sending her tithe from many of the providers mentioned in Poppy’s praise but could not. She asked her Husband about a way send the money to me or straight to the ministry and found out that it would cost too much to send the money to the USA. Her Husband guided her, she is using Sikhona Money Transfers to send her tithe to me.
This is what we need to hear about Atarah, what we see is WORKING and then— test it, then ADD it to your RMI AFR page https://restoreministriesinternational.com/skenk/ and also a similar page you can lease on RMI https://sikhona.co.za/ for your website HOPE.
*I just noticed the AFR donate wasn’t on the menu, I added it BUT each ministry/LNG has to make sure you are checking your own ministries/LNG because it’s easy to overlook.
