Sharing My Favorite Promises for Ministering

You may or may not have noticed on TPR MENU a new addition My Favorite Promises, however, the hope I had was to allow anyone using their PHONES to be able to search for a familiar promise used in one of our books or website. It's easy when I am on my computer to utilize this txt file which means there's no coding to have to deal with. Besides, it's just about ALL our books in this ONE no-frills document.

Nevertheless, I felt led to share this here to see if there is someone, anyone, who can lend support for how/where we may provide something like this that is EASY when using your phone so SEARCH and then COPY in order to paste.

Recently my Husband did show me how to search this document, but NOT to copy... to do that, He led me to look at the reference and use an app.

So as I left on the My Favorite Promises, NOTHING is impossible with Him.

  1. Thank you Erin for adding this new option into the menu. I keep my favorite promises in my phone notes, those that I use over and over when I am feeling discouraged, but seeing yours in here outside in the light, all together has reminded me about the YouTube video, Book of Promises that was shared a long time ago and that I would love as well to share the link and have it available for everyone. Trusting He will lead us to continue sharing more and more.

  2. OH WOW, wouldn’t that be amazing to create a single Book of Promises just ONE for us all to contribute towards? Let’s speak to our Husband and follow His lead so it’s easy and light—like leaving a promise in a comment and then someone moving it to a webpage to begin building the Promise Book. I can see it, can’t you?!?!?

  3. I think this would be very interesting after reading Erin’s PR and Poppy’s comment i do believe this would be good because I use the cards that I make and sometimes i write them down in a book so being able to share with other would be good because these promises help build other women I know o have always hold on to one Erin shared in a lesson ” I will fair no evil news for my heart ❤️ is set trusting in my Lord” I may have not written it exactly the way it is but it’s because I write it straight from my heart.

    1. Thank you for the feedback Jewel and for also sharing the promise “from your heart” because I’ve seen my husband having me do this more and more just voice type one of his promises that I’ve hidden in my heart and that’s always on my mind. At the same time there are many ministering opportunities where copping and pasting is very helpful.
What also is very helpful and works fantastic on your phone is this Bible app.

Jewel, will you try this Bible app and come back to let us know how it works for you?
For me, it’s easy to copy just the verse itself and extremely easy by just typing a few words fourth the first that I’m looking forward to pop up.

  4. I do believe this is powerful, not just keeping all the resources we find helpful for ourselves but share them with everyone. The world moves so fast and everyone is in the hurry with very little time to read or sometimes no interested at all, but have videos that can be watch over and over or just listening over and over, would definitely be huge.
Thanks Jewel, I also would love to know if you can check the app in your phone and see how it works for you.
